Thank you for the kind words guys. This will be there third year if I am not mistaken.

We are due for a nice Saturday this year. The last two have been cloudy, drizzly, twins.

Anyhow, rain or shine, if anyone wants to come and set up with goods, feel free, and no charge.

Hope to see some of you there, it is right around the corner.......

This sounds like fun but there is not enough info. What state is this? County?

Thanks for the update Monkeyball. I was thinking about that place over the weekend. The field shot distance were a little deceiving. Nice place to shoot. I should be able to make it.

Two weeks out till the shoot. My extended forecast says sunny and in the high 50's......but then I am an optimistic type of guy.

Bring your wool shirt and boots in case I'm wrong. Hope to see some of you there.

Wapiti......turnout is usually mediocre, weather has been the nemesis the last couple years and no charge for non-shooters.

Steve, hope you can make it buddy, look me up if you come.

I thought I would add some pics of the trad shoot today. They have an open shoot Sunday. Trad or compound. You pull on the rope to bring the target down to you.

They ended up having 25 adults and 1 youth shooters. Morning was a little chilly but afternoon had the sun out and felt real good.

I would like to thank the club for opening there grounds to us and a huge thanks for those of you who came and made it a good time.

Very nicely set up shoot. Wow was it windy on top of that hill starting the second half of the course. My arrow was blowing off of the shelf at full draw. Let's just say that 16, 17, 18 and 19 were not my best shots. The rest of the course the wind was not a factor. It felt good to finally get out to shoot this year. I'll be back next year.
