Lancaster is carrying a composite grip for the satori. Also, the Hoyt 2018 catalog shows a composite, black grip on the satori. Has anyone actually seen one of these new grips. It looks very similar to the wooden grip, but I'm just curious.

One last try. Has anyone heard about or seen one of these. Thanks.

I searched but didn't find anything. I use Jager grips myself and I'm sure they are making them for Satoris.

After seeing your post I down loaded the online catalog and saw the picture of the black grip. I also have the Jager grip and the Hoyt black grip looks different. I called Hoyt checking availability and was told the only offering was the standard replacement wood grip. Told them I saw it on Hoyt's online catalog, Hoyt response was I'm looking at the catalog now and see only wood grip.

Lancaster shows it in stock with no picture. Google Hoyt satori composite grip.

I talked with the people from Lancaster and told them about the replacement grip and gave them the number in their catalogue but they were unaware of it at 5he time. Ken

Sounds like we got ourselves a real grip goat rodeo going on here

I talked to Lancaster about a month ago about that new grip. It is the same as the grip that comes on the Satori just not wood. I called them looking for a lower wrist grip for my Satori.

Barber, I bought a satori in November. I shot it awhile then took it to the sander. I kept sanding it down and shooting it (5or6 times) until I got it just the way I like it. It's now exactly the way I want it. Low wrist and perfect for me. I figured if I messed it up, buy a new one. Jim

Jim Keller, I been thinking about doing that to my grip. I have a man that comes in my shop that can make about anything out of wood. Been thinking about asking him if he can make me a new grip for it.

Drum sander and fine sandpaper, then a little MinWax satin urathane--perfect. :^)

As I understand it, Hoyt is no longer working with the wood supplier that was making these grips for Hoyt. Going forward, I believe all new Satoris will come with the composite grip.
