Does anyone have a link to this fitment chart I hear about for finding sizes of aluminum arrows to foot carbons? I took on a project for a friend and now I need to figure out what I'm doing.

Sorry I don't use a chart. Subtract the wall thickness on each side from the diameter and it gives you the hole size for any aluminium arrow on the market. >>>----> Ken

What are you trying to foot?

Something that helped me is knowing what the numbers on aluminum arrows mean. The first number of the aluminum arrow is the size of the shaft.. example 1918, the 19 is 19/64. the second number is the wall thickness. ex. 18 is .018.. I divide 19 by 64, then subtract 2X the wall thickness, and that gives you your inside diameter.

19/64=.267-2(.0180)= .261

I have footed some Gold Tip Trads 500 and 600 spine with 2117. Fit was perfect. I also did some Easton axis trads 500 with some 1916, I had to sand a little of the finish off, but not a big deal.

Well that chart jpeg didn't show up well.

Shawn is on target with the 2216 for GT trads. I found the 2117 to tight a fit probably cause of the woodgrain.
