Am I missing something???

Seems that Aluminum is getting hard to find... I've been shopping all the usual suspects and can't find any one of them offering fletched Camo Hunters.

Looks like Hunter's Friend will do it for $6-$7 each.... Any other reputable outfits (I have no idea about Hunter's friend, but at least Google was able to find them for me....)

Lancaster sells them, you need to look under fletched arrows. Three Rivers did, aromakr (Whispering Wind) will do aluminum for you. I think Twigg does, also Bowhunter Superstore in Wellsville, Pa., and even Kustom King sells fletched aluminum arrows. Oh yes, and I believe Lost Nation does.

Lancaster is very limited in terms of fletched Alu... Choice of Genesis or Tributes, so if you need anything else, you appear to be SOL... Maybe, like 3R, they have that service? I don't see it listed anywhere...

3R will fletch them for you, but only by the dozen, from the looks of it, and for Camo Hunters cut to length, the service is more than the shafts themselves ...

KK doesn't even sell aluminum anymore...

I'll check the other outfits...

I'd ask aromkr here on this site. He does wood, but he probably would make aluminum better than any company.

I can probably help too. I've got piles of aluminum and piles of feathers.

It's a lot cheaper just to do it yourself, and pretty simple as well. Initially you have to get the fletcher, feathers and glue, but then what you pay for labor for someone to do it may likely buy half of that anyway.

fsdiscountarchery has a good many.

Ditto on Gary from D and M arrows, I bought arrows from him, and sent him some to be refletched, easy to do business with

Buy some off classifieds and do them yourself or send them out to get done how hard is that?

Yes get Gary to do them.

From: GF
Date: 07-Dec-17

Yup... I've got a fletcher, but am still learning to use it well.... These would be for the bro-in-law's Xmas present, and my efforts thus far have fallen well short of Presentation Grade...

So I'm trying to steer my sis to someone who can build up a half- dozen 2213s - Camo Hunters or Platinums would be fine... knowing him, he might prefer the Platinum... Very frugal guy... not into anything flashy, and definitely not up for a fancy set of woodies....

get a blitzenburger and do your own,,,, easy peasy,,,,, in the spring, there are sportsmen rummage sales in Wis,,,, lots of them,,, there are guys to come to the Fond du lac show, and sell buckets of new, fletched aluminum arrows,,,, where they get all the shafts is beyond me......

They are dipped and crested, beautiful, and not expensive really..

I know a guy here who makes them, I will send you a pm, he even has a swedge machine, if you want to glue on the bh
