Just wondered if anyone has shot one of these. I called Twig Archery (very nice people) and they now have them with Bamboo limbs for $199.

That's a deal. I bought mine with the Maple core then got an additional pair of Bamboo later. Great shooting bows at an unbelievable price.

Good Shooting->->->->Craig

I have one with both types of limbs. Very well made, good shooting bow. I was surprised. Have longbow now, but did have recurve also. Gave recurve to new shooter. I draw over 29" and bow works well.

deerhunt51, I think that price is with the standard limbs(Maple core) which are shooters also. Still a fantastic deal for the quality you are getting. Good Shooting->->->->Craig

Can anyone with this bow send me the specs of the riser, most importantly the limb pad angles?

I have one from Lancaster archery when the were closing them out at $149 with the maple limbs. I did a draw force curve on mine.. It's smooth to 29", then starts stacking. May be better with the bamboo limbs.

are they made in Korea?

And is this the same as the Galaxy, or...???

Same as the Galaxy, although for some reason Lancaster Archery denies it. The Chinese manufacturer is making it under several different names for several different customers. Maybe Lancaster is just trying to preserve the market share for their brand?.?.?.?.

I ordered mine at 55lb but it is actually 58lbs. If anyone would like to trade for these and has limbs more in the 53-55lb range, let me know.

Good shooting bow, don't let the price fool you.
