It has finally turned cold here in Michigan and I had a chance to try the Coups cap in cold and windy conditions. WOW!!! what a great piece of gear. All my hunting buds are dumping their other hats for the Two Tracks. If you haven't looked into these, take a look. I have no connection to to the company, just like their product. Extra thick felted wool with an ear flap that works.

Chuck's wool insoles ain't bad either. I have two pairs of them and they allowed me to wear my Bean boots later into the fall.

I can't find mine since last season. It is a great hat.

Good to know, I've been looking for something exactly like that!

Jon, funny you talked about the inserts. I also use them in Bean boots. They work great.

Looks like a great hat and I like the design. That said, I have enough hats to last me the rest of my years.

Jon and Tony, I also use those inserts in my Bean boots!

I keep eyeballing the caps.

I have used the inserts in ALL my shoes all year for four or five years now.

They are well worth the money. Great product, I think that it's cool that there are no dyes used in these. If you want a brown hat, Chuck goes to a brown sheep for the wool, gray hat, gray sheep. Pretty cool. The first time wearing mine I shot a buck. Thanks for a great product and I love that they are local to me.

I think mine was the first all brown one. I like it because I can wear it as a fashion accessory, not just in the woods. :>) It wears well even in warmer temps too.

Wear mine all the time once November hits here. Best all around fall/winter hat I've had.

I have the above pictured all brown hat but plan to get a camo one also. Hopefully Chuck will be at the Kalamazoo expo which is 18 miles from my house.........I'll be stopping in to try on some light brown/gray camo hats, hopefully he will have one in stock big enough for my large sized dome.

Does he get the camo wool from a camo sheep? ;-)

I always did hate riding herd on those Camo Sheep specially there in western Col when they get into the wacky weed.

Love mine. Got it from Kent Tinney...original owner. Been on my head every day bow hunting these past 2 weeks as the temps have been 30-40.
