This is the bow that has ended my five-year search for perfection in a recurve. There are twelve others in my collection--great bows like Spitfires, Montereys, Tice & Watts, Ocalas and Pro Medalists--but now I simply call them "The Apostles."
Behold the Bow of Bows--a mid-90's St. Joe River recurve, made by Craig Potter. 60" long, with a draw weight of 57#, with a curly maple riser and limb veneers of curly maple and curly purpleheart. Almost too beautiful to shoot, LOL!
With this, my collection is officially complete, and closed.

Close up picture of the Mac. Ebony "I" beam ! Shoots as good as it looks and smooth ,quiet and did I mention it cost me nothing? I won it in a drawing Brandon so kindly did on his website and I am so grateful to have won it.. Thank you "Recurve Crafter" !

here's my recent addition.
Kiko Tovar 44 Magnum. This is special bow to me, because PHOTO of this BOW that I saw in archery history site is what got me into archery. I sooo wanted to shoot this bow that I started looking around for where to find them.
and that got me to here at LW.
3 years later, found this beauty by accident, but didn't have funds for it. waited 2 month, and it was still on sale, so sold couple of things and made it mine! -ted

This is my hunting rig. Bear T/D I bought earlier this year. Thunderhorn quiver,Ace broadheads on 2117 XX75 Autumn Orange shafts. I dug around in my stash and came up with the arrows. I had forgot I had them, two shy of being an even dozen.
