Way to go! I'm still waiting for a close encounter. Deer sightings have been sparse so far.

There is just something about a six pointer, had a chance at one last year and couldn't close the deal. Congrats!

Nice deer, especially for a 6. Unfortunately (I think) a 6 point is not legal here (SE MN). Not a fan of APR (antler point restrictions). I think every hunter should be able to make the choice on what he wants to shoot. You made a nice choice.

Nice 6 what zone.

This guy was heading straight towards me than angled off behind some brush.I had a small area to shoot at and close to 25 yards .Looked like a good shot but was not sure if it was hit .Got down and found the arrow with blood .Probably push the deer that night ,lots of blood ,Went back next morn. with tracking deer guy and found it by 10 am .Shot was to the lower neck , must of hit a branch on way through the brush and almost completely miss it as you can see photo . My Last two recurve kills only went 20 and 50 yards ,this one might not of been found without the dog. Zone 8 N.J. for the guy who asked

That's a magnificent 6 and a better picture. I had one I hunted for 3 weeks identical years back zone 11. That's why I asked you what zone. My buddy finally called me over and opened his freezer and there was my 6 pt I had been after. He said he didn't have the heart to tell at first then when he knew I was after that deer so hard he finally caved in. Nice guy.LOL

I love big 6's like this and dark racks. Really nice Max.
