Hi, does anyone have any information on the wing presentation bow below, it has a riser with the name prince on it, it's 35lbs and 64"
It shoots like a dream, it's the smoothest quietest bow I have ever shot.
Thanks Danny

What do you want to know about it? All the information is pretty well written on it.

World Archery, at least I think that was the name, bought what was left of Wing in the 80's. That bow is made by Yamaha Archery Division, in Japan, for Wing at that time. You can tell by the bow design (Hoyt copy), and by the changed Wing logo that simulates motion. A real Wing presentation II looked nothing like that.

George, are those your bows? I'm envious. Really classic, might beat a Tamerlane in looks.

Great bow Danny! Yamaha made an outstanding bow in the 70s and 80s!
Great info George!

That's a Yamaha EX, designed in part by olympic/world champion John Williams who was in charge of Yamahas american operations and their american importer. Yamaha made bows from 76 to 2002 I believe. I just sold my EX Williams sent me in 84 when i became their Ohio dealer. They were steps ahead of everyone else in bows, from Ceramic limbs to carbon limbs when those were unheard of. As trad guys would say "its a shooter" lol.

Sorry phone cut me off. I just wanna add Yamaha was the choice of alot of champions in the late 70's and 80's including Rick McKinney and our womens olympic team top shooter. They went down hill when the owner died.

thanks for all that chimed in, I knew nothing about the bow, I have always had and shot just typical vintage one piece bows, so I knew nothing about the bow I picked on Ebay for 120.00.
I haven't shot any of my vintage recurve bows since getting this, it's just a fantastic bow and I have hit more bulls eyes with bow than any other I own. Most of my bows are from 52" to 58", I wasn't sure I would like a longer bow, but I'm a convert to the longer bows now.
