My first deer taken with a selfbow I started at a selfbow jamboree in Missouri and a friend of mine Finnished for me. Ryan Gill made me rivercane arrows with stone tips. Sharpest stone tips I ever saw. Put the deer down in 70 yards. He also made me a cool Indian side quiver to carry my arrows in.

Thanks all I think I might be hooked on this primitive stuff. I have always liked throwing with the atlas so might give that a try next year but really like this old way of hunting.
