Today's shot will be the walk-up taken from 24, 18, and 12 yards. Shoot straight and be blessed!

Thank you Big John for making the call.

Still trying to figure this bow out. changed the nock point a bit higher, and now 3 blade BH arrows flying straight. doesn't mean _I_ can shoot straight, however, as my 24yd shot is off quite a bit :)

trying 600sp 28" with 100gr up front.

very FAST but, I may have to put on some serious string puffs to let the excess energy bleed out.

otherwise, the extreme high-wrist grip is actually well thought out design for this bow, when you find the balance point, and very very stable. fun to shoot.

hope everyone have a good day today! -ted

Thanks for the call Big John. I decided to challenge myself this morning and dug out my 1958 Alaskan and shot 3 arrows left handed. The bow is 43# and the arrows are old Robin Hood tapered POC. The 24yd is low left, the 18yd is next to it and the 12yd scored. I hope that you all have a nice day. Lance.

Stopped by the house for lunch and got my shots in. As called on a very nice late morning fall day. Using a 45# Hi-speed today. The 24 was an old Bear shaft tipped with a greenie, I pulled the 18 left and the 12 is just a little left & high.

Thanks for the call Big John

I opted for yesterday’s challenge instead, seeing as I have only 18 or so to work with. And anyway, I’ve been having some trouble hitting well from both knees....

FS 16 yards both knees, hit about 6” high and just a hair to the left. Still MOGB (minute of golf ball). Pray for a clean miss High.

Not the best day for me, but it's called First Shot, right? 24 and 12 are next to each other low in the shoulder, 18 is higher and further back. Thanks for the call Big John. Best to all.

Good idea Lance. Only next time I am able to participate I am going to alternate left right left on a dual shooter. Rooty

Rooty, I like that idea. My Alaskan is the last year of the dual shelf model. A fun bow to shoot and quiet w/o silencers. Lance,

First shots in several days. We've had a firestorm roll through our area in the last few days burning some 1500 homes and counting. Missed us by 1/4 mile or so. Winds are changing tonight so I'm hoping for the best. Anyway here's my shots. From left to right 24,18and 12 yards. Shooting my black widow and 600 carbons. Thanks for the call via la archery
