Shooting 3 under with 44" bow and my arrows are falling off the string. Shooting gold tip arrows with factory nocks, is there a better nock for this situation?

Your string may be too skinny...but rather than replace it, maybe you could get away with heavier serving or even double serving.

Do you have double nock point with sufficient room in between them so the nock doesn't get pinched. You can also lay some unwaxed dental floss between the two nock points and pull the end under the wraps to secure and super glue over the top. Just double the floss to make a loop on one end, wrap over that, stick the tag end through the loop and pull other end of floss just enough to pull loop and tag end under the floss then super glue, or go to a bow shop and get some bigger serving

That is it. Increase the serving size and definitely tie on a nock set under the arrow. Good luck. >>>----> Ken

you can find tighter nocks. could try to pinch the gold tip nocks. But agree its just a nock fit issue nothing to do with a short bow.

Very common issue....put more serving on the string nock point area until its a reasonably snug fit, just enough so nock will stay on without your finger under it.

If you happen to shoot different arrows from time to time l would recommend two different strings with serving that fits your nocks, also serve on stops

We run into this problem pretty regular and we instruct 3 under cause it's easier for most initially. Try a slightly bigger bite and roll your fingers to your face getting to a normal grip. The rolling puts pressure into the bow. Also check your spacing. Leave a tiny tiny bit of space between your fingers and arrow to allow for the short bow and so that you don't life the arrow. Hope something someone said helps.
