Called lancaster today and ordered some things. Ask for a 2 piece hoyt quiver and they wont ship or cant ship. The guy said they cant ship hoyt products. I said I ju see t got a epik riser and limbs. He says well thats a recurve and we cant ship any hoyt product related to hunting. So remember now you cant hunt with a recurve.LOL so thats not cool for hoyt. Not happy with hoyt for that.

Sounds like hoyt is playing footsie with the anti,s

I'm not sure I'm picking up what you're puttin' down.

Sawtooth,, simple lancaster says they can not ship anything HOYT that is hunting related. Well they shipped me a satori. And whats hoyts advertisement about the Satori and Fred Eichler.hmmmmm

I've heard this as well that you have to buy in store from a dealer for accessories labeled by Hoyt. Maybe try big auction site or put a want add in classified

I can have a shop order it. Just doesnt make sense though. You can order a satori (hunting bow) but not a quiver.Im going to have my archery shop order it since their a hoyt dealer. Thats a 3 hr round trip to go get it.

So have them mail it to you. Call Hoyt and ask them what is going on.

I ran into the same problem with my Satori. I can buy an $800 bow online, but not the quiver. I called Hoyt with no help. That's the way it is. Pretty stupid if you ask me. I had a Hoyt dealer order it. And it ain't cheap.

Does the Satori have it's own quiver, or will some other Hoyt quivers work? There's a bunch listed over on Ebay for Hoyt.

Probably nice for the bow stores that are going out of business due to online sales

George, two of the risers are drilled and tapped for an accessory such as a Kwikee Kwiver. The short riser is not and will only accept a specific Hoyt quiver that has hexagon posts that bolt on to the hex depressions in the riser.

I guess its just part of the sport. Not that big of a deal. I just dont understand the thinking behind it.

From: Too Many Bows Bob

So why would you buy anything from Hoyt? There are a lot of other options.

I like the looks of the 2 piece arrow rack hoyt has. Its fusion and has hoyt on it. Does hoyt own fusion or are they working together. Sorry if thats a dumb question.

From what I'm reading...it sounds like Hoyt is "Taking A Knee" so to speak. Well, that's what came to my mind. Chuck

Fusion is/was part of Hoyt. Sounds like a marketing strategy, not a social protest issue.

From: Dkincaid

It’s not protest it’s to keep pro shops in business.

Usually, if a retailer wants to sell top-end equipment, they have to agree to sell it ONLY in stores - keeps the product Special....

Hoyt must’ve made a categorical exception for target equipment so that nobody would be denied the use of their equipment just because there are no Hoyt dealers within 250 miles of Whereverthehell SD...

So instead of complaining about it, you guys should be thankful that you squeaked through a loophole!

Just gotta look on the bright side, eh?

In my way of thinking, I'd be selling that bow ASAP and getting something else, AND ordering it from a different supplier too.

Thanks Tom...didn't know that. Looks like 3Rivers just took care of it.

Different Hoyt dealers undoubtedly have different dealership details....and different companies choose to conduct their business differently from others.

Does 3R sell anything like Lancaster's range of carbon and aluminum shafts or field points or tabs or risers or limbs etc etc etc ?

D'oh!

Contact Jerry at Stickbowsupplies supplies. He's a Hoyt Dealer. I purchased an RX Riser and Limbs from them. Good service. My biggest problem with Hoyt is they change bow models every 3 or 4 years. ( More than some people change their underwear!)
