I have taken 7 deer with them. My experience is that they fly as accurate as a field point, are easy to sharpen, and leave a hole as large as a 3 blade, with great blood trails. The down side is that they are expensive. I only have one left from my original 3 and will likely buy more.

I have heard nothing but good things but the price keeps me using what I have already. I think the next setup I do for my longbow will have then though. I have been impressed with the responses that I keep hearing. 1 trend in common is buy the helix sharpener when you get the heads...

I have killed two deer with them and like them. Leave a nice crest shaped hole.

The easiest way to sharpen them is lay the flat side on a SHARP file and keeping it flat give it a few strokes until you raise a burr. I then use a jewel stick to remove the burr and you have a very sharp head in less than 5 minutes. I never touch the bevel unless I have chipped an edge.

In South Africa two years ago, killed Kudu, Wildabeast, Blesbuck, and Impala. All pass through except Wikdabeast; about 1/3 of shaft came out off opposite shoulder.

Excellent blood trail

I never used them because I can't see spending the money. I shoot Zwickey's and get pass throughs. I have heard they are an excellent head. I know a guy who loves them for tough game like hogs. Like I said tho as a Pennsylvania hunter our game is all thinner skinned and Zwickeys do great for me.
