I'm looking for a new broad head to use this year......I'm looking for a head that comes already sharpened from the factory and won't hurt your wallet I used the drt heads last year and want something different without bleeders just a good ole 2 blade......I'm shooting a striker classic 50 pounds at 28 and gold tip traditional classics thanks in advanced -Austin

Don't rule out Ace Standards...While not totally fitting your requirements, they sharpen really easy and are a very durable broadhead...R U looking for glue ons or screw ons?

Happy hunting, Jason

Get yourself some old Bear Razorheads, really easy to sharpen. Had good luck with them over the last 40 years.

If youre looking for a factory-sharpened head, I'd go with Magnus Stingers.

If you learn to sharpen things (broadheads, knives, etc), it will open up much larger options for you.

Magnus makes some good heads that are ready to go out of the package. I just paid $42 (I think) for a pack of 6 glue on Eclipse broadheads. They aren't ready to go out of the package but darn close.

Look at the Kudu Points made in Montana. Single bevel head that flies great, super tough and comes sharp out of the box. I've been very impressed with this head. They come in three packs, very weight consistant and very well made.

Magnus Killer Bee I got the heaviest they offer and shot one into a foam block from 20 yards. Flew fantastic hit the spot I was aiming at and was factory shaving sharp.

"already sharpened from the factory"

Austin, I mean no disrespect, but is there a reason you can't learn to sharpen broadheads?

IMHO,bow hunting is an enjoyment of all the details involved in taking game. Doing as much as I can, of my own hands/wit, enhances the experience for me.

Some people just do not want to have to sharpen heads to go hunting. I was like that once. Just once.

Forgot to say, Muzzy is a great screw-in head for the sharpening challenged.

I sense a little negativity yankee. I have several friends that can not sharpen a knife.

Don't overlook the Helix !! come sharp, fly great, single bevel and easy to touch up with their sharpener! I enjoy sharpening my own heads and love Zwickey Deltas. If you want pre sharpened heads you are gonna pay more, just the nature of the beast!! good luck, but check out the Helix!!

Sharpening-challenged is not negative, it's a true statement. It can be taken as you like but it's true to the enth degree. Muzzy would also be my choice if I was sharpening-challenged...which at this point I am not. To expand on that, sharpening your own broadheads is sort of an honor to use who had to learn things with very little help...and that was forty years before the internet was thought of....or for that matter, pre-sharpeneheads.

Anyone can learn to sharpen a broadhead well, but it takes perserverance and some folks just don't want to take the time to learn. Now that can be take as negative you you like, but it's fact and should be helpful to those who are so likely to be insulted by the slightest inference.

I'm accuracy challenged with my bows, and wont argue a bit about it :) But I sure can sharpen an edge.

Austin: I'll keep my eyes open for a couple screw in Bear razorheads, without the bleeders. Don't think I have any now; I have other screw-in B.H.s that I was showing Banjo, and got a few more over the weekend, just didn't look too closely at them. Randy

If I was gonna shoot a two blade it would have to be a huge one. Like the big Simmons or something similar. The one where the blades sway back and out. That's a huge joker. Other than that I'd shoot a 3 blade. Like a woodsman elite or similar. You can find good deals on eBay if you look

I just saw a sale in 3rivers catalog on "Fred eichler muzzy phantoms" I want to say they were like $42 for 3 pack, now they are like 24$ a 3 pack

I only use my heads once. I put new ones in after each hunt and throw the old ones away.
