Last March I started shooting a Tribe Halo longbow. Took me a while to learn to shoot low wrist, since my recurves are shot medium wrist. About a month ago, I started getting elbow pain in my left elbow when I shoot low wrist. But when I shoot medium or high wrist, I don't get the elbow pain.
I shoot right handed, and the pain is in the left elbow. I can shoot all morning long medium wrist with no issues, but when I switch to low wrist, after five or six shots, the pain is suddenly there. Any ideas on why or what causes this? Bow has only very little vibration, and I'm shooting a medium weight arrow...

1) if it hurts, don't do it
2) or...experiment with different hand position.

hold you arm straight out in front of you and you hand like you are holding a bow in normal position. now push the bottom of your hand forward like a low wrist you should fill the tendons in the bottom side of your arm by your elbow stretching there not use to stretching that way. go slow and you should adjust.
