Are those arrows the same diameter? If not that could be the reason.

Arrow hitting the shelf "usually" indicates it's too stiff.
You didn't mention what spine shafts, your draw length, tip weight, center shot, draw weight, brace height, or nock set height. So.... it's difficult to draw any conclusions.

What's your draw length?
What's your arrow length?
What's your point weight?
What type of fletching?
What type of string?
All of these things matter. Without knowing those (among other things), "no one" can tell you whether the arrows for your bow are correct, or not.

Draw 28 Arrow 30 inches String fast flight 16 5 inch feathers Shot heads from 125 to 250 grains on the bows, I have a 200 grain broadhead that fly's good out of the 55 pounder but bareshafts don't fly good at all I get continuously weak readings. Tried a 340 spine they show a bit stiff but flight was not erratic with the bows

Wondering if you use a double nock point? If you haven't been using one, place a second nock point underneath. This will eliminate the possibility that your arrow is sliding down on release.

Hitting the shelf or the strike plate. Can be two different reasons.
www.acsbows.com/bowtuning.html click on 'download printable version'. will answer all you questions. If it's the shelf you don't get false positives.

Really need to know the type of bow also, but assuming a -1/16 inside position of the arrow shaft at strike plate:
.400's at 30" with 150 grains up front should be working just fine from the 55#er.
Check your nock fit, make sure it isn't to tight, and use a double nock set.
Some pictures of the shelf, and contact area would help a lot.
