Lost power today from 315 to 745. I put a bow in the heat box this morning at 5 am before work. Glad it didn't go out during that process. So what can a guy do when it thunderstorms and knocks the power out? Build strings! Sat by the window and built a new string for my 68# Timberstick. Hope you other central PA boys didn't loose any power.

We had some storms here in NY this afternoon too, but didn't lose power. Sounded like the worst of it went south of us. Sounds like a good use of your time without juice, Shade.

Brian...I was in the narrows when that storm hit. EVERYBODY was pulled over, got nasty. I was on my way to pull a trail cam I had out. Glad it didn't hit while I was in the mt!
Far as the power going out when you have a bow in the hot box. I think you'd still be ok. EA40 will cure even if its not heated, just takes way longer but the bow may delaminate at a lower temp if left in a hot car ect....no experience or proof of that just a hunch.
