If you mean Eagles Flight Archery in NC, they are great people to deal with

I've dealt with them. Always had great communication and service from them. I'm surprised their website didn't indicate whether it was "in stock" or not though.

Tried making one order through them, ended up having the same experience as the OP. Waited 2 weeks, sent an email, waited another week for a reply, then canceled my order.

I have dealt with them in the past. I had a similar experience. Slow shipping and no updates.......unless I initiated the contact/update myself. Products were as advertised, once I finally got them. A little frustrating but it worked out okay. Good luck to you..

I had a less than good experience with them too.

I ordered a tab from them, which I got pretty quick. Ordered another tab 3 weeks ago, I called and was told it was on backorder.

Now I cant get anyone on the phone to get an update.

I'm referring to Eagle Archery out of Wisconsin.

It is also Little John's Archery in Marshall, WI I have dealt with them and had no problems. Maybe google it and call them direct. Herb

Sounds like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hide to me. May be a basement enterprise and they're busy with other things at times and it doesn't sound like they stock everything they sell and order it in when they have a need. Wonder how long they been around and if something has changed from the past.

I hope they get it resolved, no need to throw them under the bus...may just have some problems going on

I used to get stuff from Eagle Archery LLC out of WI and the best I can remember it was alright. Probably been 10 years since I got anything from them though.

I ordered from Little John's Archery once. (Believe it's the same company) Got the runaround for weeks. Was told multiple times my items had shipped when they hadn't. When I insisted on just cancelling my order I was told they had just placed my order, since it ships "Direct from the manufacturer" that it couldn't be cancelled. I called the manufacturer and explained the whole runaround. The manufacturer cancelled the order for me and sold directly to me. Told me in the future I'd be better off just ordering direct. I will NEVER attempt to purchase anything from Eagle Archery or Little John's Archery again. I say attempt to purchase because they have never delivered an order to me.

I will no longer deal with them, just ain't worth the effort. I did receive my items but only after repeated attempts to contact them. I only deal now with The Footed Shaft, or Lancaster Archery.

Well, I hot an email yesterday saying my tab was shipped out. It was on backorder, that's what I was told 2 weeks ago when I called them. Hopefully they will improve on their communications with their customers.

KUSTOME King is not great IMHO. I ordered like 10 differant things from them in one order. Most of which were Bohning products and truflight feathers as per the website. What i received was a bunch of Bear Paw stuff. The feathers from bear paw had quail butts as thick as wooden match sticks. The hot glue wasn't Bohning, the yellow hard glue I like. It looked like a glue stick from wal-mart..the fletching tape wasn't Bohning it was bear paw..only half as tacky and strong as Bohning... if I order and pay for a steak don't try serving me caned tuna to pad you bottom line.
