Filled some 2 liter bottles with spray foam (4 bottles from a can of Loctite. Hung with masons twine. Follow up shots while the bottle is swinging for extra credit!

My concern would be busting arrows while it was swinging and spinning. Shawn

I have a swinging jug also, but I swear if I shoot the second arrow the first is toast. And yet I'll still do it at times. lol

Dude, is that the can foam (The Great Stuff)from the big box stores?

From: JustSomeDude

Yes. But Loctite foam is a bit more dense. Greatstuff would work too

Just hang the target in front of an old blanket and shoot the big, rubber blunts.

And Flu-Flus if you fancy 'em. Do it that way and the blanket becomes pretty much optional

Just fill the bottle with an inch or two of water and spare the foam.

It is not fun too break an 8 dollar carbon arrow. maybe once at a steel target or something but I am sure it would cost me 40-50 bucks if I shot a dozen times or so. Shawn
