Today's shot will be 18 yards at a quartering away target from an elevated position. If you don't practice from a tree stand, use whatever you can to get elevated or simulate being in a tree stand... balcony, hillside, ladder, tail-gate, boulder, etc... just shoot safe!

God Bless,

CD

And he stayed there looking at the arrow in the ground! So I shot again. And this time I got Him!:^) Nice Call!

I shot one arrow before I went to work and when I got home to post it I realized I had shot it wrong. So I went out back an shot it off my storage container so I could get a quartering away shot from an elevated position. 18 yards as called with my super shrew 60"39@29 with cedar arrows. Thanks for the call and good shooting everyone. Rip this is the shrew I'll bring to the next shooting we do together. Shot from here.

I took my shot a little later in the day, today. Thanks for the call. This is about as quartering a shot as I can get and only about 3' off the ground on my porch. I tried mixing bows a little today. Shooting an American Archery X-48, @50#. POC arrow. Have a good evening. Lance.
