I replaced most of my arrow making tools. Very satisfied. Less is more for my Ace. Rooty

That's a handle/riser, I can't even tell what kind of bow it is.

I think I saw Rooty sold his BearPaw fletching jigs and got some new ones form the U.K. They didn't look simple to use though:>)

My new tools are. Decut jigs, Jerry Hill choppers, Perfect taper, Fairbow spine tester, Fairbow feather templates, Spinerite, this shaft is a nock and tail tapered Surewood. I am not much for stripes but i sure have the machine to do it. Rooty

It's good to read about someone who cares so much for arrowmaking tools. Much better than blather about latest bow purchases etc.

Would be interesting to read more details and experience.

The simplest no tool solution is buying a dozen. The hardest most skilled is making selfarrows from natural materials using stone and other materials gathered from nature. In fact the earliest archers likely did just that. We've come along way to have dozens on the shelf in the store, but lost something in the process. Todays high tech world is filled with very well educated people that can't actually do squat. lol

I thought Brandon quit making bows? No??

Brandon builds bows then offers them for sale on his website or Tradarchers website. He does not take orders.

Mr. Root, I saw that feather cutting template from Fairbow. It looks pretty simple to use. Much simpler than figuring out how to order one!
