Our move from Montana to Oregon was exhausting. On top of that I, Gary Sentman, came down with bronchitis. I'm not much for antibiotics but have fought this cough for close to 3 weeks. To my regret Marian and I will not be attending Western States in Washington. Hope to make it to the Stick and Sage in Fort Sherman, OR the following weekend.

Agree about antibiotics being a Godsend when you are really ill. Been there, and thank God I got them.

After the antibiotics be sure to take lots of probiotics and eat kimchi or other LIVE lacto-fermented vegetables like sour kraute (not canned, live) to rebuild your gut flora. The stress of moving likely got your immune system down, so the bronchitis was able to get going. You need to get your gut flora back after antibiotics. 70% of the immune system resides in the gut and antibiotics are not selective. They kill all bacteria, good or bad, except candida albicans, which can caus a lot of problems.
Hope you get feeling better soon.
