Today's shot will be the long bomb... shoot 3 arrows from as far as you can safely. Let us know the yardage.

40 yards and wind blowing straight at us about 25 mph. 5" feathers and 800 spine arrows out of 30# bow don't help. Pick what you want Jeff and Ron. lol. We were aiming at deer. Thanks for call Chad. Any news on back?

Ouch, need some distance practice!! between 45-50 yds. first high over back, second right in there, thought I had it then 3rd arrow I pulled left!!! Have to get out to range when its dry enough, and put in some practice! HF and Goldtips!

Dropped back to 50 yards and let three fly. First two clipped his toenails the third just startled him. Shot with my 66" buffalo 46@29 using cedar arrows. Good shooting everyone and thanks for call

Looks like some fun shooting today!

As far as my MRI results from yesterday... I have issues between L5/S1 and L2/L3... Looking at the MRI results, my local doctor thinks the pinched nerve is at L2/L3, but I think from the images that L5/S1 is pushing on my spinal cord more... and that's where the pain has been. But I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon in a couple weeks and I'll see what his opinion is. My previous surgery 3 years ago was on L5/S1.

Chad, just draw an 80lb bow that will put everything back in alignment.

Seriously, I hope they can do something better this time.

Good evening FS guys and gals. Back surgery sounds pretty serious CD. It's amazing what they can do today. My first from 30yrds went over by a little bit, centered good though. Second low right. JF

Randy, I'll pass on picking my favorite. You had a fairly straight line just a little low ;-) Keep working on 40yrd, on a less windy day. JF

With 25mph crosswinds, I figured 30 yrds to be a crap shoot for me. Top to bottom is 1/ 2/ 3 . Best wishes for you CD and a great day to all.

Thanks for the well wishes guys! I really appreciate it.

The top of left thigh down through my knee is numb... and has a slight burning sensation at the same time... nothing intolerable though. Other than that I feel ok now. But it is kinda weird for sure to reach down and touch my leg and it to feel like I'm touching someone elses hairy leg! yuk!!! hahaha

I'm taking some meds for inflammation and a muscle relaxant... but I'm not sure that they are doing anything. I passed on the pain killers the doc prescribed...

God Bless,

CD
