Well I can't get it to work but some guys found a dead deer with an arrow in its rib cage and bone hade grown over it. Weird looking. I'll keep trying.

Never ceases to amaze me how tough wild animals are. Found a deer femur once that had been totally shattered and then healed. Totally fused and about six inches long. Bone spurs all over it. One tough animal. My old man shot a buck once that had been shot in the face with a load of buckshot, completely healed.

Amazing photo. I had a guy bring me a buck to mount one time. He walked in my shop with the deer and a piece of carbon arrow with a broadheads on it in his hand. He said when he was gutting it, his knife kept hitting something in the chest cavity. It was an arrow completely covered in gristle. He had to cut it away to see what it was. It was from a previous year all healed and not a mark on the skin. Amazing animals.
