Here's a few more clips of my night hunting pigs so far this year. I have some more to edit but I didn't want to make one long clip. Still learning to edit these clips and learning to get the camera right on my bow and not to have it zoomed in when in close. Not easy to stalk, shoot and film and to be somewhat good quality.
Now that is why I come to the Leatherwall! Mike, please keep doing this. I love it! When you shot the first hog and it started squealing, an uncontrolled;able smile come across my face. Nothing is safe! Armadillos beware! I love it. God Bless
I don't know about them eating fire ants but I do know they eat persimmons while I'm waiting for deer to come eat them. Invasive species just like the pigs.
It's crazy to me that you were able to get that close with the light on. I hunt from a stand, and when I turn on my light (also green), I usually get anywhere from 1-6 seconds before they start turning inside-out.
I know video can be deceptive sometimes, but it looks like you were able to get really close.
Teach me oh Yoda of night stalking (forgive me if you have already discussed methods in prior posts).
