Last year I bought an original Paul Schafer takedown off of ebay. It was painted camo by someone at one time or another. I hunted with it but no shot opportunities. I sent it to Dave over at Schafer Silertip Archery for a complete refinish. I got it back last week and all I can say is wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what it must have looked like when Paul sent it out in the late 80"s. It is a total priviledge to own and shoot this bow. Thanks Dave for such a beautiful job on the refinish Paul would be proud !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It looks great! What are the specs? Love my Silvertip’s. I have an original take down and a very early one piece. Plus 6 that were made by Dave. He and Beth are great to work with.

Nice bow.I had bows made by Paul and Dave,honestly Dave put them on another level fit and finish wise.
