Suggestions for a safe adhesive remover on a wood finished bow?

Naptha, otherwise known as lighter fluid. It will not harm finish.

I start with Dawn dishwashing detergent and warm water.

Start with the dawn and then go to WD40. That usually always works for me.

Goo gone, I’ve used it a bunch

Goo gone x 2.

WD-40 or Goo gone

My NAPA1 store has aerosol adhesive remover that works perfectly. It's solvent is exactly what's needed for the job.

Mineral oil has worked for me.
