Just a friendly reminder to check your nocks especially new ones...I picked up a dozen gold tips recently and just got around to making a few up this morning. Went to shoot them and all the nocks were way to big. Check the whole bag and they are all very large compared to usual size, fell right off the string.

Not the first time I have heard of issues with GT nocks/inserts. I bought a 100 of those nock inserts so I could use up my glue on nocks. About a third wouldn’t go into the shaft and some were real loose.

I've had good luck with Bohning Signature nocks as replacements - good fit in the shaft, and the string (the way GTs should fit.)

Yes-gave up on Gold Tip nocks for the Bohning.Gave up on Gold Tip because of mushrooming and spine way off.
