Looks like Pearson writing but that first lamination that is dark does't look like Pearson, though I've been wrong before..

American Archery used the same strike plate early on, and they used a dot between the draw weight and the 28ā.

nice looking bow, leave 1/4-1/2" of the string groove showing and go up/down from there, looks like 30-31lbs.
