Who do you think is the best at delivery times with the Corona mess we are currantly in?

My last packages I sent USPS took 2 weeks or so and were sent 2 Day,Priority.

Is Fed Ex or UPS more efficient currantly?

Not bashing USPS.Want to make that clear!I have shipped and received 100s of bows over the years from them and never had a problem ever.Just lately with the Pandamic things are very slow to be delivered with them. For me anyway.Could be the Detroit facility that's having issues. My packages go and come through their.

All I wanna know is…

Who is the cheapest? ;)

USPS priority is slow. Had a Whip shipped from MI To MN on the 13th of May. Still not here and no tracking updates at all..Afraid it might be gone and i will never get the bow.

Crap shoot really they say one thing and its another most often however sometimes things are on schedule but don't bank on it.

Just beware. You can also pay for one thing and not get it as well.

Things have changed and if a delivery gets held up or goes somewhere by mistake they surely don't want to take any responsibility. That's why they say if something is missing its 30 days before you file a claim because if could show up.

And a lot times the tracking systems have dead ends as well.

Sound bleak I know so don't feel like loan ranger.

FedEx has destroyed way too much stuff in this area. I wouldn't ship an anvil with them.

USPS is the most economical from my experience when shipping items. UPS is extremely reliable too. I would check for prices and see if that helps.

I get the impression it depends on what major distribution center it has to be routed through.

But did have a package returned for additional address info that in the main PO for 20 days before being returned to me. Mailed it again with no worries.

I’ve always used USPS, but haven’t shipped anything during since Covid arrived on the scene.

Like others have said, the slow deliveries are simply due to the logistics -huge increases in online orders/shipments being processed without a corresponding increase in shipping capacity.

Well monkeyball what did you get from Jinks, you could have drove 12-14 hrs down And 12-14 hrs back , that don’t take 7 days does it, Pony express days agin. lol

We had mail delivered last Sunday. My wife talked to the driver and he said they were offered double time if they wanted to work. With the shutdown, more and more people were ordering online for everything. I ship 8 or 9 bows a year. Always use USPS priority. Have had good luck with them.

Mailed a bow in a LARGE plastic tube 66" bow from Michigan to MN. That was on May 13th and not a single update since it departed local post office. Lady at the local office has been great but can't get me any info on where it may be. That's just unacceptable to me. That large of an item not scanned anywhere?

USPS Priority 2 day mail from Brooksville, Florida to Manitowoc WI and arrived on time. That was last week.

USPS has been horrible lately. I have a package on the way that was expected to be delivered May 30. It is not here, tracking say location N/A enroute. Fed Ex and UPS are still on time with up to date tracking, in my experience.

"Pony express days agin. lol"

I think the Pony was faster, at least they knew where they were going. USPS delivered two bows to me in the last 6 weeks, both of which got to within 20 miles of here, and then USPS sent them on a tour of the Oregon coast, finally get here a week late.

My most recent bow purchase took 10 days to arrive in Delaware from the midwest. As far as shipping out, I usually use USPS and find they probably are the cheapest. I have had a couple of damaged bows over the years that they wouldn't honor insurance on though. Lately I have been paying and printing the shipping label online and it seems to be more affordable that way for some reason. And it makes it much faster at the Post Office. Just drop it off.

Just had a terrible experience mailing USPS they damaged my bow that I sent to Twobears for weight reduction.

Placed order on 5-11 scanned by usps on 5-12 scanned 5-13 at another usps facility 5-17 tracking showed in transit 6-3 scanned near me. Still hoping it arrives safe, sound and soon. I hope this is not the new normal.

I just now picked up a box of produce across the road from my house that FedEx was suppose to deliver to a neighbor 1/4 mile away. It almost made it, but the driver somehow lost it in transit. So, I met a new neighbor. It's not my only FedEx horror story.

Well I had some archery stuff sent to my PO Box March 20. I got a note and tracking number that said it was delivered. Went to the post office and they said they must have put it in the wrong locker. So I asked them now what do we do? They said I need to hope whoever got it brings it back.,Amazon won't pay me because it was delivered and USPS said they delivered it. Even if it was to the wrong person. LOL. . Guess who gets stuck? Theoretically I could have picked it up and maybe am trying to rip off the post office or Amazon. That's basically what they think.,
