Today's shot will be a precision shot from 11 yards. See how close you can get to a tiny spot on your target... can you make a q-tip disappear? :)

God Bless,

CD

Thanks CD. This one was hard! As stated from 11 yards, just missed. I tried for a Q-tip head! I had to color the head black to see it but it didn't help much and if the light wasn't right the stick would blend in. So I waited till a cloud came by and made my shot. Show was made with my #48 Heartland custom longbow with GT warrior arrows with 200gr up front.

Thanks for the call CD; I finally had some time to shoot today! Used my new Black Hunter longbow @45# and a tapered cedar arrow. I got that close! Have a good day everyone! Lance

Well... my 1st shot wasn't so good. Oh... and I was going for the OTHER end of the Q-Tip! lol

I shot at that upper tip 15 times... closest I got was about 1/2". On shot #7, I made the lower end of the Q-Tip disappear, but unfortunately I was still shooting for the upper end!

Regardless, it was fun!

I know what you mean CD! I tried 1/2 dz more shots and never got it in the center, but I sure surrounded it real good! Lance

good shooting, Gang. I hate short shots...maybe I should practice more. Took the close shot at the orange Sharpie marker lid with a 62" Cascade Whitetail Hawk, 55#. High but still in the strike zone.

53pd Leon Stewart longbow. I started a new shooting system that is working for me and my family, It’s basically using a step system I’ve created from watching my sons Tik Won Do classes. I’ve been a touch and go shooter for years with a lot of trophies but from time w time I’d have sessions that didn’t go how I wanted it to go. With this new system my consistency from day to day, shot to shot has gone way up. I hope all my archery brothers and sisters out there are doing well.

Great shooting everyone! I got lucky and shot my best precision shot to date. It's not a Qtip but a ringer will do. 70" mystery longbow I named "Blind Date" 70@28 and Micro-Flite shafts. Great day to all!
