Just a heads up; I put 15 fancy gizmos on the Trad Gang St Jude Auction, the bidding has just started and so far there is not a lot of interest in them. You may be able to pick one up on the cheap, I pay shipping.

11 are curly maple, 4 are exhibition grade walnut, as the inventor I signed the walnut ones.

Here is one of the walnut gizmos;

That's beautiful. Is that a benefit for St. Jude hospital?

That's a thing of beauty Eric, but some of us are not allowed to bid... :(

Yes, all the money raised in the auction goes to St Jude, over the years this auction has raised over $800,000 for St Jude.

The didn't have an auction last year so I had my own, I made around 30 gizmos and posted them on various sites. The deal was a $20 donation to St Jude got you a gizmo shipped free. I raised over $700 before I burned out on making gizmos.

Posting this stuff may be against the rules here but every penny this stuff raises goes to help sick kids, a very worthy cause. The money doesn't come through my hands, I get a confirmation of payment and an address to ship to, plus I pay shipping, what a deal!

I should add, I pay shipping in the US only. One time I donated a bunch of duck carving books, the winning bidders were in Canada, I paid twice as much for shipping than the books auctioned for, never again.

The one on top is a southern copperhead.

Some of the skins are northern copperheads from Texas, some are southern from Alabama, possibly one or two from Tennessee.
