Anybody know if there’s a conversation chart for these, or if they’re literally 410 spine?

I think they are the same as a #10 Micro-Flite.

The chart I have from 1971 says a #10 @ 28" is 55-60 lbs

Fiberglass are relatively spine-friendly. I can shoot 10" from a 50# center cut recurve if using low stretch string...I use a stick-on rest which also helps in that regard. But that said, deadhead4 is right with the 55-60 posted range if using 125 to 145 grain tips. If you shoot 45 to 60 pounds, try them with some different head weights and they may work for you. They are heavy to begin with so you can add up the grains pretty quick with heavy tips.
