I recently switched to Bearpaw fletching jigs. This morning I did my first 4 fletch arrow. Is there a way to adjust the index alignment? It aligns the feathers straight up and down, not at 45 degrees, so I lose all of my shelf clearance. Or? Do any of you use this alignment on your arrows without any problems?

Will it do a 75 x 105 as well as a 4 @ 90?

No. It just does 90 deg, which is what I want, just cocked over 45degrees. It will also do 6 fletch ?? It won't be a problem for synthetic arrow, because I can turn the nocks, but that won't work on wood arrows.

Honestly the woods with feathers should clear well enough through initial flex around the bow. At this point, just give it a try and see.

I have only fletched one, and it seems to fly fine. It just seems wrong.

I have one and I think it's so much better than A Bitz

Gutpile, is there a way to rotate the indexer 45 degrees?

Matt, see what happens if you use the 6 fletch setting but skip 2 feathers.

Don't glue the nocks onto the wood arrows until after fletching. If you can fletch 3 fletch than you just do the two hen feathers and flip the arrow over and do the other two. The feathers are always vertical on the shaft, not tilted.
