Found a trail heading off from the campground we’re staying at. Took my birth year bow 1958 Cravotta Bro’s Brave . 64” 38#@28”. Kelly green on the back and fire engine red glass on the belly! I got a bunch of 5/16 cedar shafts from someone here, and they fly great! The cedar must be getting old because I broke 3 arrows today. Got lots though. The bow was made in April 1958. I was born March 1958. I wish I had weathered the 62 years as well as the bow did!

Lots of big white pines and old maples. Doesn’t show but trail is on a ridgeback and drops off fast.

Nice and open when you start, then it drops into some really rough ground

No Bugs! Still too cold. 40-50 degrees and wind. Arrowchucker

A nice walk along, thanks. Bet you could have shot 100 arrows at that 1” branch and never hit it intentionally! I know I couldn’t. Lance

I have a Wasp that was made 958. It is 40 lbs., and has the off set riser. Nice bow.It will hold it's own with a 40 lb Bear polar that I have. Love shooting stumps, but I hate ticks. looks like you had a lot of fun.
