Always enjoy Ryan’s videos and articles. I appreciate that he continues to collect and study data. He has shed new light on a old way. He has helped demonstrate that these ways are very effective and efficient ways.

Bjrogg

PS besides that there just cool videos and Tim does awesome getting these hunts on camera.

Yes I’ve seen some of Ryan’s videos before, Very much liked, I think his Stone Age tools were top of the line stone tools. Great video.

Ryan is a good one for sure. Primitive archery at about it's best.

Yep, always enjoy his videos. And the way he shoots - he shouldn’t be able to kill anything! LOL.

I really respect this young man and it is a very good thing indeed that he is able to bring his message, skills and perspective to untold numbers of young minds through the power of the internet. It's a strange medium when you stop to think of it..primitive archery, woodcraft, hunting, respectful harvest, food derived from stick, string, and stone...brought to the masses in 3D hi-def at the speed of light. Great stuff!!

Ryan and Clay Hayes are the torch bearers for those interested in watching people who live the "life", always good stuff.

I have a snakey persimmon bow he made. It's a very good shooter, at least it was I haven't drawn it for a long time. Great guy.

He seems like a stand up guy to. I like his vids and writings. Cool to see him and clay carry the primitive torch for others to learn from.

He hasn't been on here in a few years. Used to go by Twistedlimb on here, or maybe Twistedlimbs. I have an amazing obsidian knife from him and convinced a fellow to buy one of his selfbows. He's a real craftsman and I suppose an "experimental archeologist." I enjoy his videos, even if I'm pretty sure I don't have the patience or skill to repeat his work.

We flew Ryan up to be our guest speaker one year for the Michigan Traditional Bowhunter banquet. He wasn't feeling well yet did an outstanding job with his talk and presentation. A true professional and an excellent craftsman.
