Of all the longbows I have had and shot, I know the least about the 21st centuries besides the basic story.
I recently picked up a 66' 21st century Edge that is marked #45@24 but feels like #50-53@28"
made in 2000 based off the serial number I believe.
Absolutely a terrific shooting bow. Id love to see pics of those shooting them and stories associated with them, I know they have won many championships. This one will be a hunting for for me

I have had one made by Milton Callaway, which I was overbowed with and passed it along to a friend. I wish the 21st. Centurys were still being made. I really like the grip on the one I had.

Not sure what it is you're looking for.
Anyone who has been around a wilie knowsthat the 21st Century design was responsible for setting the tone for the current high performance D/R longbows on the market these days.
The bow has a lot of Jim Ploen design influence. If you aren't familiar with him you need to ook him up. Bow has a long riser section with a short working limbs which due to the taper design of the bow makes a very efficient and good shooting bow. The riser/grip was designed to help the archer get in to the draw/force line of the bow with little effort as that is a big aspect of Jim's shooting philosophy.
Calvin Cmock may come along shortly, he can tell you probably more than anyone about the bows unless Jim himself shows up.
Keith Baine shot 21st Century bows dring a portion of his reign as a world champion as did a number of other folks.
Along with the Fox Triple Crown it's probably the best longbow design created to date.

I have a Big River clone of 21st Century that is my favorite longbow to shoot. Had John make it at 60" and that works very well.

Have owned 2 different 21st bows be JP & BS one was one was 64" other 62" both @ 60# Have had to go way down the poundage scale so havn't owned one for several yrs. Both were very fine shooting w/no hand shock, very easy to repeat shots.

I had one when they first came out. I’m gonna guess late 80’s or early 90’s. Been a long time lol. I liked it and kept it about ten years then sold it due to the weight getting more than I could handle well.

I bought a 21st Century longbow at ETAR in the 80's from Jack Brobst. It was 60" and pulled 60# at 26 ". I was way overbowed. The serial number was in the 20's.

Yes I own Many 21st Centurys , some were Jim and Buddy but most were made by Milton, I love these Bows I have won many things and killed many deer and and one P&Y Bear. While they are great bows, no more will be made so if you have one you better keep it. That said while I haven't shot all the clones out there I do shoot The Javamans Impala and find it very comparable to my 21st century"s. Anyone, feel free to PM me about any of these bows. I have a several. All good bows but one seemed really special to me. It finally broke after being shot more days than not over twenty years. I took a lot of game with that bow and can't seem to find another that I shoot as well or maybe I have just forgotten the misses. Here's a picture of it that I just posted in another thread.

Some years ago I had one that was thicker in the limbs at the nock ends. Don't remember the model. Well made and in perfect condition. It was a crappy shooter so I sold it to an archer in Europe. He loved it. Who knew. I think everyone is particular in what they like and nobody's the same. Incidently, Jim Ploen shot the first indoor perfect 300 score and he did it with a Golden Eagle Pro Line, not a longbow.
