Got my Bowhunter Ed certificate. Feeling good about this. Now I need to put the class props and supplies into action!

Good for you for taking the time to become an instructor. The person teaching the class when I took it knew very little about traditional bows. Good luck to you.

Good for you! I was lucky when I took my class here in Washington. The instructor is a recurve shooter and I was the only other one in a class of 8 guys. Lance

Was one of the first BH ed instructors in KS. We brought Bill Wadsworth to KS in 1979, Brought him here again some years later. Taught it for 20 years, many times by myself. It has mostly been abandoned because the youngsters now want instant gratification online. Don't want to take the 2 or 3 visits we used to teach blood trailing and stand placement, too much effort for the younguns now.

Same thing happened to us in TN. We used to have 2-3 classes a year with an average of 10-15 per class. The current attitude seems to be: "Let 'em take it online". Even regular Hunter Ed classes have about become extinct, sadly.

Congratulations on the accomplishment. I wish you many classes and much satisfaction with your efforts.
