Does anyone with a 30-31” draw have any experience with these cheaper longbows? I need a blind bow and at 60” I might try the longbow or recurve if they don’t stack too badly

That’s great info I’m hoping to find one used but even new they are very reasonably priced. Recurve will be shorter for a blind but I really enjoy the draw of my longbows. It’s tough to find a bow that fits my draw and my ameristep brick house blind.

I have true 29 1/2" draw! I shoot both set of limbs on my Blackhunter/galaxy and find NO pinch! Both set of limbs are 55# and in getting 189fps with a 500grn arrow! Hope this helps! Best $200 I've spent in many years!

I draw my 60" Galaxy Ember/AKA Black Hunter longbow 30 1/2". My 30# limbs are giving me 35# at that draw, 35# limbs are weighing in at 42# at that draw. Love the bow--I now have 2 and an extra set of limbs. I deal with Lancaster Archery due to their excellent customer service.

My advise is get a new blind, it will probably be cheaper in the long run and you won't loose accuracy.
I just got a Baronette that's 80 inches tall on CragsList for a little over a 100 bucks. You can get new for around 200.
How do you think your current bow will shoot against a 60 inch bow. ANY bow that's long will shoot better, because of string angle.

I have a honest 30 inch draw. Mine is the Recurve version. Wish all my bows were pulling this smooth to my draw length, and no finger pinch. When people are saying no stacking for the longer draws, they mean it. I have not been a fan (for myself) of 60" bows because of my draw length. I have one other 60 inch bow, it doesn't even compare to this one for smoothness in the draw. All my other bows are 62" or 64" in length and don't draw this smooth. "I think" the shorter riser and longer limbs for the bow's length, helps it a lot. I got mine off of Ebay and don't really know what kind of string it came with, material wise. I don't care for Endless loop strings. Made a BCY "X" flemish string and put on it with small Catwisker string silencers, bow is quiet. My bow's mass weight is light, close to longbow light, the grip helps with hand placement which helps with accuracy. Just my opinion. DANNY

Great accolades for these bows! Ordered a 60# one for my boy because I don’t trust him with a $1,000 plus custom! Still waiting on delivery.... might get him a second set of limbs at 45 of 50# for better practice weight.
