it has a long riser handle section with a huge sight window , Appears to be a Walnut riser. White glass limbs.

I recall seeing a target shooter in the late 60's shooting a bow that looked similar to that. Can't say for sure, but I think he called it a Vigilante. Pretty sure it was a Damon Howatt.

After a little more thought, you can probably disregard that. I'm thinking that bow was a real eye catcher and the riser was laminated with different color woods. Your's looks to be a single block, save for the stabilizer.

George Stout will be along shortly and he'll probably know what it it is.

I have seen the Howatt Del Rey pics and I dont think this is that particular bow. There are a few pics of the Vigilante online that look like this bow but I am not sure.

I never got into the Howatt line all that much. P Diddley or Larry Hatfield would know.

A picture of both sides of the tips and of the serial number would be helpful.

I don't think it is a Howatt but a picture of the tips will settle that and also provide a clue as to its provenance.

It looks nothing like a Howatt. It could be a Gene Loughtham bow though.

I don’t believe it’s walnut. It looks like a single piece of Bubinga. The first pic it looks like Bubinga, in the second pic it looks like Rosewood. It’s a beauty regardless.

Another bow that is somewhat very much like it is a Roor Pendulus Supreme early 60's ...

The Tip overlays are black , maybe glass and are shaped on a 45 degree angle instead of square to the limbs.LImb tip overlays are on the back only.I will get another few pics in a couple of days .

This is a reverse side of the DH Vigilante, also a Lefty like Buzz's. I agree: don't think the photo shows a Vigilante...
