Morning. Today ( June 14, 1775 to June 14, 2019 ) is the 244th birthday of the U.S. Army. I just want to say Happy Birthday to all my Army brothers and sisters out there.
50 yards, with two follow up shots. First Shot went low.

I've been fishing and not sure if I can get in today's shot as I'll have to travel to get shot at that range,,,plus my arms sore from dragging these things in. :)

Well that was fun. Took a trip to the orchard to pick some fruit and took along a bow I rescued from a junk pile. It had been treated like a red headed step child but was solid and straight so I gave it a brisk sanding and a few coats of wipe on poly and may have discovered the quietest bow I have as well as the most obscure. Shoots like a dream and even though I never shoot 50 yards nearly hit the black with the first shot from it. Then things went downhill , but then , that would hardly be considered an ethical hunting shot anyway. Thanks for the call. Shakespeare Pecos 58" 45# lefty

Good afternoon FS guys. Fixing to rain or do something here this afternoon maybe. I shot a 30 yd long bomb, LOL with 8in obstructions. took me awhile to even hit the target and it still ended up high. everybody have a great weekend. JF
