I have one with similar specs and these bows are very good shooting bows. You made a good decision as there is nothing not to like with these longbows.

This is one bow I never owned yet but really liked to look at the eye candy pages and think up wood combinations I might like to have and get splicings in limbs.

Just never got around to getting one yet.

I think every one who shoots recurve or long bow in Louisiana should have a Acadian Woods Bow. Tim is great at what he does. His bows are good shooters and easy to look at when not shooting.

Y'all need to take a look at the "One of a Kind", named as such, longbow he has donated to raffle off at this year's Howard Hill Classic / IBO Mid America archery event.

Here's just a teaser.

What we say about them don't mean much since you never shot one. If it fits you, you will love it, just like you would love any bow that fit you well. They are great bows, and are but one of many that will do everything you want. I had one of their bows many years ago and thought it was as good as any.

Sure don’t see many come up for sale eh !!!! Hmmmmm. If they shoot half as good as they look, I’d say you got a good bow coming.

They do shoot good. I’m having one made like the bottom riser in the picture with longbow limbs. There bows will be on display at the TAS Trad Bowhunter World Championship May 24, 25, 26.
