Everybody is always talking about short bows. To me 60” is about my limit, I shot my deer last year from a pop-up blind with a 66” bow. I’m only 5’5” and draw 27” but just like a long bow.

But I have the absolutely best, Mac Daddy, King of Kings, Holy Grail, Grand Pooba, Imperial Wizard worthy Short Bow of all time!!! Don’t spill your beer or snort through your nose when you realize you are looking at a National Treasure!

This is my Timber Hawk!!! 28” of awesomeness! Pulls 10#@15” No you can’t have it, but you can get your own!

I got this bow for son! It’s absolutely amazing for the little guys. It’s a tough little bow and snappy little sucker for its size.

Montana bowyer Jim Rempp (who does outstanding work by the way) told me about twenty years ago that he sometimes made tiny little self bows just to see if a particular type of wood was up to the task. I asked him how small could he make a bow. He replied that he made one eight inches long and got seriously told off by his wife for using it to shoot decorations off the Christmas tree:) JayInOz

At the Colyak traditional shoot one of those was placed on the blanket table which I was lucky enough to win. It was donated by a good friend of mine, I chose that as my prize. During our poor boy 3D shoot that my wife and I put on, we gave raffle tickets to all of the little kids and gave it to the lucky winner. Great little bow.

Short bows are very, very fast. good for him. I used to shoot a 48" bow that was flat on at thirty yards. What a hunter it was. Still have it but retired from shooting because of a shoulder.
