Just got a Pronghorn Longbow 60" #56@27 Rosewood Riser/w Bamboo Limbs on big auction bow site. I think she sure is a pretty....

Looked at old Pronghorn Longbow threads sounded like one of the nicer longbows to try.

Pronghorn longbows are one of the finest bows made. They are extremely easy to shoot and tune. I just talk to Herb Meland last week, he is still building about three bows a week. I have two of the 3 piece takedowns and two of the one piece. I like the one piece the best, they are extremely light and stable.

Congratulations, you got a good one!!

I have had several. I am a fan of the take down myself. without a doubt the easiest bow to tune I ever owned. Kind of partial to his bamboo limbs. Good luck

New to me, Bo Derek a 10+ ringer arrived today at her new home this evening. Looks like never shot... Now if it will stop raining time to shoot some arrows thru her..... Thanks for the other response post guys. Swag
