Last weekend the Verdugo Archers hosted the FIRST CBH State Traditional 3D Shoot. This is in Southern California adjacent to the Sunland Tijunga wash about 40 min from downtown Los Angeles off the 210 freeway. CBH, California Bow Hunters, is a state archery club and holds varies competitions in various locations in the state, they are always mixed shoots. This was the first traditional only shoot for CBH. George Papac, CBH VP, promoted the idea and over 140 traditional shooters showed up for the event. Hopefully, it will be held again next year.

Not a bad turnout considering the threat of bad weather. Hopefully it will grow next year. Wish I was closer, a lot closer.
