I've used Tall Tines limbs on a Schafer riser. I wish all the bowyers would standardize bolt and pin fittings.

Interesting, I like the feel of the Schafer riser but there are several other brands limbs that I like better.

I thought those risers (Schafer & Tall Tines) looked suspiciously alike. One must have worked for the other at some time, maybe.

Proprietary systems is what keeps you selling your bow design. I doubt too many bowyers would go for a standard setup or a one size fits all to use someone else's limbs on their bow. Most would likely to tell you to pound sand. Universal limb fitting is already available in ILF.

Simple, buy a Zipper Nitro. Schaffer looks with A&H performance.

You are probably right George. It was just wishful thinking. I'm not about to switch over to a noisy ILF bow. I was just thinking that a standardized bolt up system for us guys that don't care for ILF would be nice. I'm gradually checking all of my takedowns to see what limbs will interchange with different makes. So far, Tall Tine and Schafer are the only ones.
