Did Browning make the 56" Wasp with a stabilizer bushing and quiver bushings on the back of the riser like Wing did? Thanks......Nimrod

Yes. I have a 1975 model that has them.

Naturally George comes in for the win. :)

I currently own a 56" 45lb wasp that doesn't have any bushings. Sold a 40lb a few years back that had a stabilizer bushing only. Could have been added by a prior owner for all I know. Great shooting bows. My 45lbr shoots as good as a 45lb cobra II I have too. Wasp not as pretty, but sends those arrows downrange with the best of them. Probably one of the best values out there for vintage recurves.

Good bow, and so is the 54 inch Nomad which I prefer.

The Wasp had twin 1/4 x 28 quiver bushings in 1974/75.

Mine has no bushings, sweet shooting bow.

No bushings or filled holes in my Wasp.

Mine has the bushings. Zippy little bow.

Brownings are great critters!

Had one with and one without

The bushings on the Wasp were mainly for Browning’s bow quiver. I had one, they’re hard to find, but work well.
