Greetings All,

Was wondering if anybody has used their Futurewood in a bow...was curious as to the look and how it was to work with.

Thanks in advance, Jason

Jason, I have used it and really like it. It's easy to work with compared to some exotics and offers great mass weight.

Tradkid38, you can be pretty confident with Old Master Crafters, they've been in business a very long time and have a worldwide customer base.

Thanks for the info guys!

Tradkid38. Great looking riser...any more pics? Was the futurewood tougher on sandpaper and saw blades?

Happy hunting, Jason

Tradkid is that yellow heart or osage

Jason, I appreciate the nice feedback. Futurewood was no tougher on blades or sandpaper. If anything in my opinion it's easier on them then most. 4nolz that yellow stripe is a piece of yellow action wood. I'll see if i can come up with more pics. Thanks all

Not sure what that is per say. Think its the new Dymonwood replacement. So its not superflex. I know Rosewood Archery has something like it also. Been wanting to get some of that myself. Making an order for some Coco in a few days will talk to Mike about it. Think it comes in a Coco version also. If this is all the same stuff I know the bowyers I talk to have been well pleased with its workability and mass weight.

Nice bow Tradkid

Nice work! I have some grey glass and am thinking about pairing it with the grey futurewood… May be a nice combo!

That would make a great combo for sure.

That should stay bright yellow and look better than osage
