Nice heads, and for one reason or another they are no longer around. Lots of other great heads to choose from though that will do the same thing.

The head in Kodiak's picture is one of the original models made in Kansas by Brad Winger. The later ones I saw that came from Texas did not have as good of a solder/weld joints.

Looks like a muzzy phantom. Just get those. They are still being made

Any head is sharp, after you sharpen it;-)

The head pictured above looks to me to be all silver, not painted black. Brad painted them black. When Mark Horne bought them, they no longer painted them, just left them silver. I bought them from both, selling them through my shop and hunted with them . . . They were pre-sharpened - ready to hunt, unlike some other heads . . .

The best two heads I ever used, where Snufffers and the Zephyrs . . .

Yes, the first ones Brad made were black, he then quit painting them. Horne did not paint them either

Looks like an identical copy of the old Martin mag 2's. They stopped making them around 1990.

Mohawk Magnum, not Martin, and they had fixed blades.

Nice looking head I never had one of those.

Martin sold mag 1's and mag 2's under their name, I sold them in my shop in the 80's.

I used their Scirroco head.I think that was what it was called. My brother used their really wide head called a Saquatch. They were really well made.
